Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue necessary direction to the 4 to 6 respondents
to send already two months delayed the petitioner's pension proposal papers within the time bound to the 1st respondent by way of taking necessary departmental action as against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 made to the 1st and 2nd respondents.

O R D E R
This petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue necessary direction to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to send the petitioner's pension proposal papers to the 1st respondent by taking necessary departmental action as against the respondent Nos.4 to 6, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018. 2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the second and third respondents.
3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the effect that the application of pension proposal may be considered by the concerned authority within the time frame.
5.In view of the aforesaid submission, the application dated 27.06.2018 with regard to the settlement of pension before his date of retirement on 31.07.2018 and since the petitioner has already retired, the pension proposal shall be considered by the official respondents at the earliest point of time, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any documents are required by the respondents, the same shall be produced by the petitioner in order to enable them to process the pension proposal. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
