ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action against the third respondent and his agent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
