PRAYER :- To call for the entire records in relating to the impugned order dated 21.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No. 81/2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri and to set aside the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned order dated 21.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No. 81/2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri and to set aside the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents had filed a petition under Section 175(3) of BNSS, before the learned Trial Court, which was allowed. Challenged the same, this Criminal Revision case is filed.

3. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, already a first information report in Crime No.301 of 2026 has been registered by Nanganeri police station on 03.06.2026.

4. A careful perusal of the FIR would make it clear that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in this case. In view of the same and recording the fact that a first information report has been registered, there is nothing further to adjudicate in this Criminal Revision Case.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 04.06.2026 NCC : yes / no Index : yes / no pnn 3/5
