Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 2nd Respondent to release the remaining outstanding amount of Rs.1,75,18,273/- to be paid by the 2nd respondent to the Munusamy Mahalir Sikkana Matrum Nanaya Sangam by considering the final representation sent by the petitioner dated 26.09.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner claims to have supplied manpower to the second respondent corporation during Covid-19 Pandemic. The petitioner further claims that after having supplied manpower for the period from 2019-2021 submitted a representation to the second respondent corporation for disbursing the balance outstanding amount of Rs. 1,75,18,273/-.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered.

3. Learned Stating counsel for the respondent corporation submitted that the claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law after verifying all relevant documents within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. The said submission is taken on record.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 26.09.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
