ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.59 of 2018, on the file of respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to family dispute, the accused persons assaulted the petitioner and caused injury to her. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No.59 of 2018 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(1) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court Madurai and the same is yet to be taken on file. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to take the final report on file, if it is or otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
