ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to transfer the complaint dated 06.09.2018, given by the petitioner to any other police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has to be enquired only by the second respondent and infact summon has been issued to the other party. He further submitted that there is no proposal to transfer the complaint and it is going to be enquired only by the second respondent.

3.In view of the categorical stand taken by the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side), this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
