ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, and 323 of I.P.C., and r/w Section 3 of PPDL Act, in Crime No.125 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State made a submission that Non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner.

4.Since the Non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, the anticipatory bail petition need not be considered at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12714 of 2020 this point of time. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Court concerned and file a petition.
