(MD).No.6562/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7281/2022 dt 24.06.22 by this Honourable Court in Cr.No.29/2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AJMAL KHAN.S.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2022. Due to his financial condition, the petitioner is unable to deposit the said amount.
