2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that they have completed the investigation in Cr.No.25 of 2023 and they are about to close the complaint as mistake of fact.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to service RCS notice along with a copy of the final report to the petitioner within one week from today.
