RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11564 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11564 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 16.10.2020 granted bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-each with two blood sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the all the blood relatives of the petitioners are confined, hence he is unable to produce blood related sureties before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.5892 of 2020 3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam.
