Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to fix the petitioner's seniority on par with the petitioner's batch mates recruited in the year 2013 (Back Log) Batch based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2021 and in the light of the proceedings passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.BII(1)/17416/2021 dated 31.05.2021 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
It is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents that the writ petition's representation dated 15.04.2021 requesting to re-fix 1/3
the petitioner's seniority in the year 2012-2013 has been considered by the third respondent and a report has been submitted to the second respondent by letter No.BII(1)/26498/2021, dated 29.06.2021. The aforesaid representation as well as report is now pending before the second respondent for passing necessary orders.
2. Considering the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2021 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to place copy of the said representation before the second respondent along with a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of No costs.
