ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that the complaint was lodged by 3rd respondent before the Superintendent of Police, it has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent police for enquiry and it has been treated as current paper enquiry. According to the learned Government Advocate the current paper is pending from 25.04.2025.
3.The complainant has not lodged the complaint to the jurisdictional police station, but lodged the complaint straightaway to the higher official. In fact there is no process called current paper enquiry. If the 3rd respondent is having any grievance that the petitioner has committed any offence, she shall lodge a complaint to the 2nd respondent police along with necessary particulars.
