This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents Police to initiate 1/4
appropriate actions on the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 14.06.2022.
2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on 14.06.2022, the petitioner gave a representation and the petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent Police.
4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2022 and conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
