This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 and to conduct the enquiry.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the owner of the land in Survey Nos.228/1, 228/2, 230, 231/1, 231/2, 231/3, 231/4, which have been purchased in the year of 1994, 2001, 2006, 2010 from the legal heirs of one Thiruman and the same were registered before the Sub Registrar, Theni and these properties are in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. When the petitioner tried to enter into the said properties, one Ragu and Alexander restrained him by saying it is the Panjami lands and those are belongs to them and also threatened the petitioner to kill. Therefore, a complaint was given before the respondents and the same was not considered. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that during the pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 14.08.2022.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
