Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Village Librarians extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.(1D)No.164, School Education Department, dated 27.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2017 and to pass orders, within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2017 and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
