2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation, dated 03.09.2016, through which he is seeking issuance of joint patta.

4. Needless to say that it is for the third respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned including the other co-owners in respect of the property for which the petitioner is seeking joint patta. Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
