O R D E R This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.4 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was also made ready, in which, except the first accused namely Maharaja, all other names of the accused were deleted.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the matter has become unnecessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as unnecessary. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
