Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent/Joint Director of School Education, Chennai, to pass appropriate orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 08.02.2016 regarding the petitioner's non selection as Post Graduate Assistant (History) Teacher and ignoring her past experiences in the same institution as Temporary B.T.Assistant, Trained Graduate History Teacher and as Post Graduate History Teacher nearly for a period of three years, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
