When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3093/A1/2013, dated 17.01.2014, stated that the second respondent has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appointed as P.G Assistant (Tamil) in the petitioner's School and that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
