Vide order dated 16.12.2020 in W.P.(MD)No.4628 of 2018, the learned single Judge had only directed registration of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.93 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk. The learned single Judge has clarified that the direction would be subject to the outcome of the first appeal. Such an order does not warrant interference. There is no merit in this writ appeal. This writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
