ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1580 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.110 of 2024 dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly 1/3

and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai twice in a month (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
