Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to pass orders in the objection made by the petitioner on 08.02.2016 before proceeding with the notice bearing Na.Ka.No.1347/2015/A2, dated 19.01.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the objection raised by the petitioner dated 08.02.2016 before proceeding with the notice bearing Na.Ka.No.1347/2015/A2, dated 19.01.2016 within a time frame.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that originally there was a notification issued for widening the NH 37 from Oddanchathiram to Dharapuram. The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the said proposal, he has got some objections, which were put in by way of written representation dated 08.02.2016. The same has not been considered, is his grievance.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that in connection with the objections raised by the petitioner, a meeting was held by the second respondent on 13.07.2016 and along with the objections and other materials collected, the File has been submitted to the Government for consideration. It is also brought to our notice that the petitioner also participated in the said meeting and raised his objections. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that further orders are awaited from the Government on the said representation. The same is recorded.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Government to take a final decision in this matter, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
