PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 13.03.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3363 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2327 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3363 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2327 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3363 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2327 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on hearing dates.
