ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.19 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.19 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 406, 420, 452 and 506(ii) of IPC on 11.03.2020. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no progress in the investigation so far.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this petition is allowed with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12664 of 2021 investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
