ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to R2 and R3/A3 and A4 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No. 2962 of 2022, dated 12.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 suppressed the earlier petition filed by them in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3712 of 2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.13555 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the earlier petition filed by the respondents 2 and 3 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3712 of 2022 was dismissed as withdrawn, by order, dated 09.03.2022. The first respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.105 f 2022 on the file of the PCR Court, Tirunelveli.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
