ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District in pursuance of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.2952 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
