ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.760 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.760 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC on 06.12.2019.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
