ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition 9(ii) that was imposed by the Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, wherein, the petitioners were directed to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition no.9(ii) imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P. No.1631 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Vadaseri Police Station, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time for executing the sureties by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. 2/4
