This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petition pending in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa.1/1937/2016 filed under Maintenance and welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
