2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's request has already been rejected. If that be so, a copy of the rejection order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith and without delay, so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law.
