2. Even though the crime is of the year 2022, so far no clue is available and the investigation is pending.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though some suspicion was raised by the petitioner against his own brother, was also enquired. But no clue is available.

4. The respodent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file Final Report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
