PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing 2nd respondent to conduct a fair, proper and time bound enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2026(CSR No.295 of 2026) and Consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the R3 to R11 in accordance with law. ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair and time bound enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2026 in C.S.R.No.295 of 2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 3 to 11 had caused grievous injury to the petitioner, pursuant to which complaint was lodged before the 2nd respondent police station and C.S.R.No.295 of 2026 was issued. But, no proper progress is seen in the investigation. Hence, this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that after conducting proper enquiry, the complaint is closed based on the statement given by two witnesses as well as the respective parties.
