JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.SESHASAYEE, J.) This appeal is directed against the order of the family Court dated 07.09.2022 in HMOP NO.13/2021 dismissing the petition preferred by the appellant for dissolution of marriage with the respondent. 1/3

The matter was referred to the mediation centre before which the parties have agreed to resolve the dispute and accordingly, they chose to reunite and live together. This has been recorded into an agreement dated 23.02.2024. The same is recorded.

In view of this development, nothing survives for consideration and the appeal is dismissed as having been settled through mediation. No costs.
