This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes in respect of landed properties between the petitioner and one Lakshmanan, Manager of Karpagam Spinning Mills and on the basis of the representation of Karpagam Spinning Mills, Police are harassing and involving in civil cases

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the Manager of Karpagam Spinning Mills has filed a complaint against the petitioner, basing on which, the petitioner has called for enquiry and that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner and the said Manager were directed to approach the appropriate Civil Court in order to resolve their disputes in respect of the immovable properties. The same is recorded.
