ORDER
The petitioner/accused has filed the Criminal Original Petition seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to S.S.C No.100 of 2018, pending on the file of the I Additional Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur, and to quash the same.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, (PCR), Thanjavur, after conducting the trial, has passed a judgment, dated 30.09.2019, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL.OP(MD)No. 10696 of 2019 235(1) Cr.P.C, and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
