For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.384 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 353 and 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.384 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the sixth anticipatory bail which has been filed by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

4. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the list of cases which are pending against the petitioner, in which, Sections 107 and 109 Cr.P.C. proceedings have been initiated against this petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against this petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is having several previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
