ORDER

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the proceeding in F.C.O.P.No.3306 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transfer Page No 1 of 3

the same to the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent filed an affidavit stating that the respondent has already filed a memo, and has made an endorsement in the petition filed before the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai in F.C.O.P.No.3306 of 2023 on 18.07.2024 for withdrawal.

3. The said affidavit is recorded. The learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to pass suitable orders.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
