O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- as compensation to the petitioner and to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate proceedings as against the fourth respondent and further to direct the second respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings as against the respondents 3 and 5 departmentally as well as under Criminal Law forthwith in view of the petitioner's false implication and the petitioner's consequential illegal detention in connection with Crime No.91/2023 registered at Puliangudi Police Station, Thenkasi District.
2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that a number of cases have been registered by the respondent and all those FIRs have been stayed and some of the cases have been quashed by this Court. Therefore, he has filed this Writ Petition to take appropriate action against the officials who registered those false cases against the petitioner and to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- as compensation.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can very well file a case against the officials for malicious prosecution, where he can ask for compensation. He would further submit that even if three FIRs have been quashed by this Court, it is not known whether those FIRs have been quashed by giving benefit of doubt. The petitioner has to make out a case of false implication. If benefit of doubt has been granted, then the question of malicious prosecution will not come into play. Therefore, the submission of the petitioner that three FIRs have been quashed by this Court and therefore, he is entitled for compensation does not arise. Accordingly, he prays for dismissal of this Writ Petition. 4.Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
5.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the right course available to the petitioner is to establish before the court of law that he has been falsely implicated in those cases, by initiating prosecution against the officials concerned. Such being the case, I do not find any merit in this Writ Petition.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
