ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to expedite case in C.C. No. 220 of 2015 and to dispose the case within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to dispose the case pending in C.C. No. 220 of 2015 within a period of Six Months months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
