ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 477A, 381, 120B and 34 IPC in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The amount of misappropriated in TASMAC by these accused persons is a sum of Rs.1,74,95,810/- . The case is under investigation. In view of the fact that huge amount has been allegedly misappropriated from the TASMAC, which is the Government organization, granting of anticipatory bail during the course of investigation is not preferable. CRL OP(MD). No.12686 of 2020 intensify the investigation and cull out the truth regarding the large scale misappropriation of public money. Thus, the petition devoid of merits and stands dismissed.
