O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to dispose of the appeal, dated 20.07.2021, pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The petitioner claims that patta had been granted for 10 cents. However, the learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents stated that survey had been done and it was found that the petitioner is entitled only for 8 cents, and the petitioner claims a larger area than what he is entitled to.

3.At any stretch of imagination, 8 cents cannot be 10 cents. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled only 8 cents. 4.With the above observation, a direction is given to the second respondent to dispose of the aforementioned appeal within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
