The petitioner being an affected party by the constructions put up by the fifth respondent, has submitted a representation on 07.06.2022 to the official respondents that the fifth respondent is proceeding with the construction without obtaining any valid permission from the local authority and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a stipulated time framed by this Court.

2.Today(03.08.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
