2. Already advance list published on 31.08.2023 but today none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against this petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.337 of 2022.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
