O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 9 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petition is for quashing the F.I.R in Crime No.9 of 2020 and the F.I.R itself was closed as "mistake of fact" and the report was filed on 10.08.2022, in R.C.S.No. 4/2023, on the file of the Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli.
3. In view of the above submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is closed as infructuous.
