ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2018 and to file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation, a charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken cognizance and pending in C.C.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.

3.Considering the fact that after completing investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
