Heard the learned counsel on either side.

complaint dated 28.03.2015 submitted by the writ petitioner. 3.This Court directs the fourth respondent herein to conclude the said proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the report of the fourth respondent, the third respondent will take the remedial action. It is needless to mention that all the interested persons will be heard before final orders are passed.
