ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Ramanathapuram to renumber the HMOP.No.2744 of 2025, which was transferred from the Family Court, Chennai and to expedite the trial on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petition in HMOP No.2744 of 2025, which was transferred from the file of the Family Court, Chennai was re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2025. However, this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the said petition within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2025 within a period of three moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
