It is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint dated 12.12.2016, but has followed it up by filing this writ petition to register a case.
2.In the considered opinion of this Court, this prayer is not maintainable in view of the judgment of this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC
577. However, it is represented that the respondent police have conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same has been closed on 20.02.2017 an a copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

3. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
