ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.06.2021, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.06.2021.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
