ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Zoology in the third respondent College from 20.07.2009 to 17.03.2013 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary with all attendant benefits.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order going to be passed, there is no need to issue notice to the third respondent.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Assistant Professor in Zoology in the third respondent College on 20.07.2009.
However, the second respondent approved the appointment of the petitioner only w.e.f., 18.03.2013. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 10.06.2020 to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting them to approve her appointment from 20.07.2029 to 17.03.2013. Since the same has not been considered so far, the present Writ Petition is filed before this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the nature of the relief as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
